I graduated from Loyola University-Chicago in the spring of 2012 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and entered the social psychology program at VCU in fall 2012. My main research interests revolve around the self and close relationships. I am interested in studying the positive effects of self-conscious emotions, such as guilt. I am also interested in forgiveness in close relationships, specifically the impact of third parties (friends or family members).
